About Us
AskMark is a small business that provides IT Support and consultancy along with media conversion services to both home and business users. AskMark has been in business since 2010 and we have several long-standing clients in the charity / home & SMB sectors. AskMark is operated around my day job as an IT Network Manager with hours from 5.30pm-11pm weekdays and 9am-11pm weekends. I am Microsoft Certified and can promise a swift, flexible and quality service.
AskMark can provide IT support and consultancy services to meet your needs and fit your budget. There is no job to small. We can work on anything from your computer at home, small to medium business set ups right up to large corporate networks.
AskMark can provide both on-site and remote support via the internet. We can install new or upgrade your existing hardware. We can manage and maintain your existing network as well as design you a new solution from the ground up. We are used to working with both Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac’s. We are willing to help with anything computer related and can even provide website design services via the Wix or SquareSpace platforms, as well as offering basic maintenance to any existing website you have. If you need something that falls outside of our expertise AskMark will work with you to source the right solution for you for the best price.

Our Story
After seeing the extortionate prices and poor results his friends were receiving from so called 'big high street names', Mark was inspired to take his skills and start to provide technical support the right way. This was when Mark simply offered his tech support service to friends and family at a clear affordable price, with sure solutions, that completely resolved the problem rather than a short-term fix or complete factory reset!
As word of mouth spread about Mark's reliable, cost-effective work, more and more clients kept coming through the door, with simple but annoying problems, such as slow computers and viruses. Two small businesses and charities shortly followed, looking for their servers overhauled, but due to the high standard of work wanted AskMark to take control of their IT requirements and support them on a longer-term basis.
AskMark is now a well renowned, family computer specialist company, fixing anything that comes their way. Mark and his small but committed team, work to provide outstanding support to the current AskMark client base and we are now pleased to be able to offer that same service to you, the community of people and businesses of Stratford Upon Avon, as well as the wider community of the West Midlands.
